Katie has spent a significant part of her career in HR Management, leading large teams and driving key initiatives in recruiting and talent management. As an executive coach and consultant, she has provided guidance to senior leaders from Fortune 500 companies, helping them navigate complex transitions such as mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale culture transformation efforts. Recognized for her expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Katie has received awards for her advocacy and has successfully implemented Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

As a PCC-certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Katie leverages her extensive background to empower leaders at all levels. A few years ago, she founded her own coaching and leadership development business, which has recently expanded to include AROS—a collaborative initiative offering customizable leadership programs.
